We offer a platform for listing, discovering, and booking services in various categories, such as Makeup Artists, Hairstylists, Nail Technicians, Mehndi Artists, Tattoo Artists, Photographers, Videographers, Drone Services, Event and Party Planners, Motion Graphic Designers, Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Image Editors, Logo Designers, Web Developers, Web Designers, Catering Services, Marketing Services, Yoga Instructors, Music Instructors, Choreographers and Interior Designers.
Note: We do not handle transactions directly on the platform; payments and agreements are made between the users directly.
- User Registration and Accounts
To access certain features on Twigg, users may be required to create an account. By registering an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information during the registration process.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account and password.
- Notify Twigg of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
There is no minimum age requirement to create an account, though users under the age of 18 should ensure they have parental or guardian consent to use the platform.

- Not engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activities on the platform.
4.2 Users:
As a user, you agree to:

- Pay service providers directly, following the agreed-upon terms.
- Leave feedback and reviews where appropriate, based on your experience.
4.3 Prohibited Activities:
Users of Twigg agree not to:
- Post or share any content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
- Use the platform for illegal activities or to solicit illegal conduct.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform.
- Service Listings
Twigg allows service providers to list their services. All listings are subject to our review and approval process before being published. We reserve the right to reject or remove listings that do not meet our standards or community guidelines
- Payment and Transactions
As Twigg does not handle transactions directly:
- Payment is arranged between users and service providers.
- Twigg is not responsible for payment disputes or any issues arising from payment processes.
- Service providers and users are responsible for establishing their own payment terms.
- Privacy and Data Protection

- User Content

- Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Furthermore, Twigg is not responsible for any unlawful, harmful, or damaging activities, incidents, or disputes that occur between users and service providers, including, but not limited to, any legal violations or physical harm. Users agree to use the platform at their own risk, and Twigg will not be held accountable for such incidents.
- Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between a user and service provider, both parties agree to resolve the issue amicably. If necessary, Twigg may mediate the dispute, but we are not liable for resolving any financial or contractual disputes.
For disputes that cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of India.
- Termination of Accounts
Twigg reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user’s account for violating these Terms, engaging in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason that may harm the platform's integrity.
Upon account termination, you will lose access to all services and features associated with your account.
